A few things to know
Is this really free without signing in?
Yes. Opening a PDF, filling it, adding your signature and downloading the completed copy are free. You do not need an EverReed account or subscription.
Can I fill a form that has no clickable fields?
Yes. Use Add text and Tick to place entries over the page, including scanned forms. You can resize and move each addition. This tool adds content; it does not rewrite existing wording.
What kind of signature can I add?
Draw your own signature, type your name or upload a PNG/JPEG image. This tool adds a visible signature. It does not create certificate signatures or send signature requests to other people. Check the recipient's requirements.
Where are my document and signature saved?
They stay in this browser tab until you download your copy or close the document. They are not uploaded to EverReed or saved to your book library. Download before closing or refreshing the page.
Are there any document limits?
Use PDFs up to 10 MB and 100 pages. Password-protected PDFs, XFA forms and PDFs with an existing certificate signature are not supported. Some detected form fields use fonts with limited characters; use Add text for other scripts. Review your downloaded copy before sending it.
